recommendsTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Facebook. I had a leak at my rental home and I first called a national company that advertises a lot on TV and radio. The guy that came out was a crook. He never did anything and tried to get my tenant to tell me that there were issues with the other bathroom. This experience made me VERY nervous about hiring another plumber.
I came on yelp and messaged the top reviewed plumbers to get quotes. Very few would give me quotes and they all seemed a bit sketchy. That was until I spoke with Ricky.
Ricky called me instead of just sending messages to discuss my issues. I told him my horror story with RR and he apologized that I was treated that way.
Once Ricky had been out to the house his original quote was $500 because the toilet was cracked and once they moved it, they would not be able to put it back. He sent me pictures constantly so I could see what going on.
The total when Ricky had solved the issue was higher but fair. They ended up having to come out two days in a row to solve the issue. He documented every step and explained everything to me.
My tenant said she felt as though he was trustworthy and she confirmed that everything he said he did, he had done.
I now have a good plumber to call and that makes me feel much better. Thank you, Ricky and your team for helping solve the issues at the house and for identifying we are on septic!

As soon as he finished the job that he was on, he rushed right over. He was professional, explained everything, and the price was very reasonable. Nice guy! I will definitely be using him again when the need arises and will be referring him to my family and friends.
